Our sabo, or tea room, is a special space for quiet reflection that invites you to connect with yourself and others through tea.
We serve sencha, Kaga regional roasted tea, Japanese black tea, and original tea-based cocktails (chashu), all presented in thoughtfully crafted teaware created in collaboration with local artisans.
