Enjoy supreme class Kaga kaiseki cuisine

Hanamurasaki cuisine offers seasonal Kaga Kaiseki cuisine carefully selected by the head chef.
We are stringent about using local ingredients and we use carefully selected seasonal seafood and vegetables, etc.
We have also put a lot of thought into our crockery and our meals are served with local Kutani ceramics and also local Yamanaka lacquer-ware which is befitting of an area with undeveloped woodlands containing lacquer trees.
