The following measures have been implemented throughout our hotel in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while endeavoring to maintain optimum comfort for all guests and patrons:

PUBLIC SPACE

All staff wear masks for safty.
Placement of hand sanitizers on ecah floor.
The windows are opened regularly for ventilation.
Alcohol disinfection is carried out on areas which are often touched by the public and others, such as door knobs, doors, elevator buttons, etc.
We suggest usage layouts that will assure sufficiently safe space between customers, to the most effective extent possible.

Frequent washing & sanitizing of hands
Health checks
Mandatory temperature and health checks upon arrival on-property.Employees with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, and who are not in stable physical condition, are instructed to remain at home for two days after recovery, until any possibly risky medical condition has passed.
Improvement of management for people in poor physical condition
We have introduced a system for managing behavioral standards when employees are not feeling well and the health of other employees may be at risk.

REQUEST TO GUESTS

Wearing of masks and hand sanitizing and temperature checks upon arrival.
If you take a shuttle service, please hand sanitizing and tempereture checks before boarding.
We sincerely apologize for those who have a fever above 37.5°C (99.5℉) but please refrain from entering the building.
Those with a temperature of over 37.5℃ (99.5℉) or who are simply feeling unwell are asked to please refrain from visiting the property
