佩戴口罩
全體員工均佩戴口罩及部分工作人員佩戴衛生手套。
酒精消毒
出勤時及勤務期間務必徹底定期進行手指消毒。
定期出勤時的體溫測量
規定出勤前須測量體溫後才能出勤。另外對發燒超過37.5度或身體不適的員工,請其在家休息直到病情恢復後經過2天為止。
身體不適者之管理體制的完備
導入身體不適時的行動基準與管理員工健康狀態的方法。

懇請各位顧客配合

請各位顧客協助配合「入館時配戴口罩、量測體溫、以酒精消毒手指」,入住時可更放心。
若搭乘接駁車,請在乘車前量體溫,並以酒精消毒手指。
若來場時體溫37.5度以上,則無法入住。
發燒與身體不舒服的顧客,請在家休息,造成不便敬請見諒。
「若您身體感到不適,請立刻告知附近的工作人員。
上述的安全考量,將根據日後的狀況隨時調整。

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00pm. and check-out is at 11:00am.
How late can I check in? What should I do if I will be checking in late?
Check-in time is by 6:00pm. If you are late, please let us know in advance.
Please note that if we do not hear from you, we may consider your reservation cancelled as of 6:00pm of the date reserved.
Can you hold my luggage before I check in or after I check out?
We shall be pleased to take care of your luggage at the front Desk.
Is there free parking lot for guests?
Yes, there is. Please park in front of the entrance. Our staff will move your car to the parking lot.
Is there free shuttle for guest?
There is a free shuttle service between 12pm to 6:00pm from Kagaonsen station.
If you would like to take a shuttle, please let us know via email your arrival time and train name at Kagaonsen station one day in advance your stay.
Also, it is available shuttle going back to Kagaonsen station from us between 9:00am to 10:50am.
Is there free shuttle from Komatsu Airport?
No, there isn’t. Free shuttle is from Kagaonsen station only but we could arrange a discounted taxi from Komatsu Airport.
If you would like to take a taxi, please let us know via email flight number and your arrival time at Komatsu Airport one day in advance your stay.

Yes, there is humidifying function with air cleaner in all rooms.
Are there any open-air bath with rooms?
Yes, there are 2 suite rooms installed open-air bath.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes, comfort suite Haru1 is completely non-smoking room.
Other room types could be deodorized on request as well.
Are there bed rooms?
Yes, both comfort suite rooms are bed rooms.
Other room types are Japanese futon bedding but we could provide rollaway bed on request as well.
Is there a nicer view room?
All rooms are facing the river and have nice view.
Is possible to grade up for kaiseki dinner?
Yes, it is possible to grade up. Please ask reservation department via email in advance 3days before your stay.
I have a food allergy.
It corresponds to the extent possible If you will tell us in advance via email.
When should I choose a la carte kaiseki menu?
A la carte menu is in your room. Please choose by dinner.
Is it possible to serve a la carte kaiseki in room dining?
It is not possible. A la carte kaiseki can be served dining restaurant only.
Is it possible to have meals with under 10years old child at the dining restaurant.
It is not possible to enter with under 10yeards old child to the dining restaurant.
If you stay with under 10years old child, please choose in-room dining plan.
What time do you serve dinner and breakfast?
It starts serving from 6pm to 7:30pm for dinner, and 7:00am to 9:30am for breakfast.
Is free Wi-Fi internet access available?
We have free Wi-Fi in the room and the lobby.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following cards: VISA, JCB, AMEX, Diners, UC, DC, NICOS, Master Card, AEON, LIFE, ORICO, 銀聯.
Can I request a massage in my room?
Massages are available in your room. The massages are sometimes crowded, so it's better to make a reservation before your stay via email.
Can I send a package from Hanamurasaki to another hotel?
We accept only domestic shipping. We do not accept international shipping from here.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
It is accessible in the facility and we provide complimentary usage of wheelchairs within the ryokan.
There are 2 accessible Japanese western comfort suite rooms with wheelchair accessible a private hot spring bath.
It is not accessible for traditional Japanese rooms.
Can I bring some drinks during dinner and breakfast?
We do not accept drink from outside during dinner and breakfast. It is fine to have drinks in your room.
Do you provide pajamas?
All rooms are provided with traditional yukata robes as pajamas.
How long does it take to Yuge kaido(main street of Yamanaka town) by walk? Can you take me there by car?
It takes about 15min by walk. We do not offer taking a guest there. We offer free shuttle from Kaganonsen station only.
Do you offer a day trip bathing.
We do not offer a day trip bathing. It is for staying guests only.
Do you open for lunch or a day trip dinner?
We do not offer for lunch and a day trip dinner. Staying with dinner and breakfast only.
Can I make a reservation on the day I wish to arrive?
Yes, please make a reservation through our official web site.
Can you make a reservation for playing golf?
Yes, please let us know a golf course and play members via email.
What are your cancellation charges?

The following charges will apply if you cancel your reservations.

Cancellation 7days to 6days before arrival: 20%
Cancellation from 2days before to 5days before arrival: 30%

What season is usually best to see the cherry blossoms and the autumn leaves?
It is usually best in the beginning of April for the cherry blossoms, and best in the middle to the end of November.
Is it necessary driving with snow tire in winter season?
It is necessary during winter. It is usually snow tire installed for a rental car in winter.
